RBL on gwia

We added a Blacklist (relays.ordb.org) to our gwia. When I remove the
list using consoleone, the server abends

Running process: GWIA-smtprcv-003 Process

The reason for removing it is that we have to provide a tested back-out
plan when we make any changes (adding an RBL) to the system.

The RBL list is a switch in the gwia.cfg. You could alternatively edit the
gwia.cfg with notepad, then do an F6 (restart) on your GWIA.
